小银河群 X 射线脉冲星的长期行为

摘要
结果呈报告了对小银河群（SMC）的 4 年监测计划，使用罗西 X 射线时序探测器（RXTE）。该大数据集使得对 SMC X 射线双星显著样本进行详细调查成为可能。发现了 8 颗新的 X 射线脉冲星，总共检测到 20 个不同的系统。对 18 个系统获得了光谱和时序参数。在 10 颗脉冲星的情况下，观察到重复外涨，允许确定这些系统的候选轨道周期。我们还讨论了 SMC 脉冲星的空间分布和脉冲周期分布。
