摘要
奇频三重态库珀对被认为是铁磁体中长程超导关联的载体。此类三重态对由超导体(S)与铁磁体(F)界面处的非均匀磁性产生。迄今为止,可复现的长程效应仅在为提供磁性不均匀性而设计的复杂层状结构中有过报道。本文中我们表明,自旋三重态对的形成可在简单的非结构化Nb/坡莫合金(Py = Ni_0.8Fe_0.2)/Nb三层膜和Nb/Py双层膜中发现,但仅当铁磁层厚度介于140和250 nm之间时成立。该效应与一种本征非均匀磁态的出现有关,该磁态是Py中著名条纹相的前驱,而在我们的样品中条纹相在厚度大于300 nm时开始出现。
