自2015年核物理长期规划发布以来,重大事件频发,重塑了我们对大密度下量子色动力学(QCD)及核物质在平衡与远离平衡态下的理解。美国核物理界有机会利用天体物理观测与核实验的进展,投身于连接低能与高能核物理、天体物理、引力波物理及数据科学的稠密重子物质理论的跨学科努力。
