摘要
ATLAS 像素探测器的桶部将由 112 个称为“板条”的碳-碳结构组成，每个板条上粘接 13 个混合探测器模块。对粘接接头的机械精度和热接触要求都很高。为了实现这种精度，在伍珀塔尔建造了一台定制的半自动安装机，其精度可达数十微米。由于这是探测器组装的最后阶段，为进行严格测试提供了机会，因此定义了一个详细的程序来评估机械和电气性能。本说明概述了固定和测试的程序，并总结了生产的第一批结果。
