SrRuO3 中铁磁有序温度抑制的局域研究

摘要
为了深入了解铁磁有序温度的抑制，对在“常压”（大气压）和“高压”氧（600 atm）下退火的 SrRuO3 样品进行了利用 99,101Ru 零场自旋回波 NMR 的局域研究，并辅以磁化强度、高角 X 射线衍射以及 Ru K 边 XAFS 测量。对于“高压”样品，结果表明存在结构无序以及 Ru 位点上的一些空位，同时磁有序温度降低。
