D0 介子衰变到 K⁺K⁻ 和 π⁺π⁻ 中的寿命差异、直接 CP 违背和部分宽度

摘要
我们描述了若干次使用 D0→K⁺K⁻ 和 π⁺π⁻ 衰变的实验。我们发现部分宽度比 Gamma(D0→K⁺K⁻)/Gamma(D0→π⁺π⁻) 为 2.96±0.16±0.15，其中第一个误差为统计误差，第二个为系统误差。我们观察不到直接 CP 违背的证据，获得 A_CP(KK) = (0.0±2.2±0.8)% 和 A_CP(pipi) = (1.9±3.2±0.8)%。在没有 CP 违背的极限下，我们测量混合参数 y_CP = -0.012±0.025±0.014，通过测量 D0→K⁺K⁻ 或 π⁺π⁻ 与 CP 中性状态 D0→K⁻π⁺ 的寿命差异。我们看不到混合的证据。
