SPIDER三年运行与MITICA首次集成测试的经验教训

摘要

ITER计划使用两台加热中性束注入器,并可选配一台,作为辅助加热与电流驱动系统的一部分。每台注入器预期的16.5 MW中性束功率远高于全球现有设施。在Consorzio RFX建立了中性束测试设施(NBTF),利用SPIDER和MITICA两个试验台的协同作用。SPIDER致力于在ITER类似条件下的相关参数下开发和表征大型高效负离子源:源和加速器位于束流传播的同一真空室内,多个射频(RF)天线的抗电磁干扰能力,避免源外部发生RF诱导放电。SPIDER三年的实验已针对必要的设计修改以实现全部性能。该源目前处于长停机阶段,以吸收实验活动的经验。与此同时,MITICA(具备1 MV加速器和离子中和的ITER NBI全尺寸原型)的研制正在进行,包括容器内部件的制造,而电源和辅助装置已处于最终测试和调试中。1MV电源的集成、调试和测试对于这一研究及工业领域均无先例的首创系统至关重要。结合逆变系统、直流发电机和传输线以确认1MV输出的集成测试暴露出某些部件的错误/事故。为实现ITER的具体系统,制定了修复和改进系统的解决方案。因此,由于与现有注入器的巨大差距,NBTF正成为必要设施,有效致力于在限定时间内识别问题并找到解决方案,以保障ITER NBI的成功运行。
