Fermilab Tevatron 上的 leptoquark 双产生：信号与背景

我们采用 ISAJET 对 1.8 TeV 能量、100 pb^{-1} 亮度下 Tevatron 上的标量 leptoquark 双产生进行蒙特卡罗模拟。我们还探讨了标准模型背景的主要来源：Z*jj、ZZ 产生以及重味部 top-反top。我们发现，除 Z 峰附近外，top-反top 背景最为重要。我们还评估了信号背景比，并发现在 B(LQ→eq)=0.5 时可发现 130 GeV，在 B=1 时可发现 170 GeV 的发现范围。
