交流原子力显微镜测定单壁碳纳米管的长度分布

摘要
提出了一种在原子级平整基底上分散单个单壁碳纳米管(SWCNT)的简单方法。讨论了原子力显微镜(AFM)交流模式的适当调节，这对于区分单个纳米管与非常小的束是必要的。报道了通过这些方法测量的纳米管长度分布。
