提出了一种用于自发破缺宇称、重子数和轻子数的简单理论框架。在此背景下，重子数和轻子数是独立的局部规范对称性，而宇称则是利用左右对称性定义的。我们表明，在最小模型中，定义无反常理论所需的新轻夸克场也通过 III 型跷跷板机制产生中微子质量。讨论了中微子谱和一些现象学方面。该理论预测可能存在两种轻惰性中微子。
