基于三元组损失与在线采样的产品视觉搜索嵌入学习

摘要
在本文中，我们提出在电商领域内使用三元组损失以及从minibatch（小批量）内构造三元组的在线采样方法，学习用于基于内容的图像检索的嵌入函数。我们在DeepFashion与Stanford Online Product数据集上将我们的方法与若干强基线以及近期工作进行比较。我们的方法在DeepFashion数据集上显著优于当前最优（state-of-the-art）。通过对小批量采样偏好于单一产品类别的修改，相同方法在与Stanford Online Products数据集上当前最优的比较中展示了具竞争力的结果。
