纳米金刚石基尖端发射表面等离激元的漏辐射显微术

摘要
对薄金膜的漏辐射显微术证明,附着在光学尖端顶部的荧光金刚石纳米粒子系综能够作为高效的近场表面等离激元极化子发射器。在近场扫描光学显微镜中采用基于纳米金刚石的尖端,将能够精确控制发射位置,从而开辟扫描等离激元学的道路。
