CeFeAs(1-x)P(x)O中的晶格畸变与磁量子相变

摘要

我们利用中子散射表明,在CeFeAs(1-x)P(x)O中用较小的磷替代较大的砷,会在x≈0.4附近同时抑制反铁磁序和正交畸变,为磁量子临界点提供了证据。此外,我们发现铁砷化物中磷族元素的高度是控制其电子和磁性质的重要参数,并可能在电子配对和超导电性中发挥重要作用。
