摘要
将液体中激光烧蚀技术应用于烧蚀富10B同位素的FeB块体靶以制备含硼纳米颗粒。在液体异丙醇中对靶进行激光烧蚀导致部分歧化为游离Fe和硼,同时也存在FeB纳米颗粒。纳米颗粒具有磁性,可用永磁体收集。纳米颗粒平均尺寸为15 nm。所生成纳米颗粒中10B的含量达76.9%。纳米颗粒具有生物相容性,可用于硼中子俘获治疗。
