NGC 6251 射电喷流中大尺度规律形态模式

摘要
我们报告了在距离较近的射电星系 NGC 6251 的射电喷流中发现的大尺度规律形态模式。我们利用 Perley、Bridle 与 Willis 在 1662 MHz 和 4885 MHz 处绘制的从核到约 300 角秒（约 140 kpc）的射电喷流的形态属性，发现其中包含三条由每条由五个射电结构成的链。我们还发现前两条链中的八个射电结由三个小亚结构成（三段亚结构）。我们讨论了这些规律形态模式的观测特性。
