介观Josephson结中非平衡临界电流的大样品间涨落

摘要
我们提出了一个与正常电子库耦合的介观Josephson结中非平衡电流的理论，并将其应用于混沌结。当电子库与结之间的电压差eV超过超导能隙Δ且连接结与超导电极的模式数N很大时，发现临界电流I_c存在大的样品间涨落，其均方根值rms I_c ≈ √N eΔ/ℏ。
