本文研究了高能Onium-Onium散射中的两个相关问题：碰撞中产生异常大量粒子的概率，发现产生与成正比的中心多重数的截面应随指数衰减。其次，当偶极子密度变得如此之高以至于偶极子-偶极子相互作用引起的饱和效应变得重要时，胶子（偶极子）演化的性质：发展了饱和度的度量以帮助理解饱和何时变得重要，并通过利用参考系的改变获得进一步信息，这种改变在幺正性修正和饱和修正之间进行互换。
