大面积插层二维 Pb/石墨烯异质结构作为产生自旋轨道力矩的平台

摘要

可扩展合成超薄重金属或为下一代自旋电子学实现高效电荷-自旋转换提供平台。本文报道通过限域异质外延(CHet)在 SiC (0001) 上双层石墨烯下方合成空气稳定、外延对准的单层 Pb。衍射、谱学与显微表征揭示,基于 CHet 的 Pb 插层主要呈现斑驳六方超结构,源于有序的 Frenkel-Kontorova 类畴壁网络。该体系的空气稳定性支持非原位自旋力矩铁磁共振(ST-FMR)测量,证明石墨烯/Pb/铁磁体异质结构中的电荷-自旋转换,其有效场比相较对照样品提高 1.5 倍。
