场状转矩稳定的自旋转矩振荡器中的大幅值磁化振荡

摘要
理论上研究了具有垂直磁化自由层和面内磁化钉扎层的自旋转矩振荡器的振荡频率，同时考虑了场状转矩。结果表明，场状转矩在平衡自旋转矩提供的能量与阻尼引起的耗散方面起着重要作用，从而产生稳定的进动。通过基于 Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert 方程的数值模拟，确认了所发展理论的有效性。
