摘要
我们观察到了由SrFe1.74Co0.26As2和Ba0.23K0.77Fe2As2单晶形成的结中的约瑟夫森效应。I-V曲线表现出电阻分路结特性,并在微波辐照下观察到交流约瑟夫森效应。通过施加面内磁场,临界电流被完全调制并显示出相对对称的衍射图样,与中间结极限一致。在p-n双晶结构中观察到约瑟夫森效应,不仅对设计相位敏感结以探测铁基砷化物超导体的配对对称性具有重要意义,而且代表了开发全铁基砷化物器件应用的重要一步。
