sqrt (s_NN)= 200 GeV Cu+Cu 碰撞中的 J/psi 产生

摘要

PHENIX 实验在快度范围y<2.2|y| < 2.2、横向动量从 0 到超过 5 GeV/c 的范围内,测量了sNN=200\sqrt{s_{NN}}= 200GeV Cu+Cu 碰撞中J/ψJ/\psi产生的产额。不变产额作为快度、横向动量和碰撞中心度的函数被获得,并与相同能量下 p+p 和 Au+Au 碰撞的结果进行了比较。对于具有中小数量参与者的碰撞中的J/ψJ/\psi产生,Cu+Cu 数据提供了比现有 Au+Au 数据高得多的精度,为区分冷核物质效应和热核物质效应提供了关键约束。
