单个Josephson 单元中呼吸态的观察

摘要
我们观察到具有三个Josephson 结的超导性环路中破对称态的实验现象。这些状态是Josephson 梯子中离散呼吸子的通用特征。呼吸状态存在区域与理论预期良好一致。我们观察到破对称态电流-电压特性中出现了三个不同的共振态，这与理论预测一致。详细研究了共振态随外部磁场的依赖关系。
