Fe替代对六方YMnO3的等结构变化:对多铁性的影响

六方YMnO3中的铁替代引起超过晶胞的等结构晶格内变化,与非磁性B位掺杂剂的效果相反。磁化强度M(T)证据表明样品具有反铁磁(AFM)有序,几乎没有弱铁磁性,并且交换相互作用的度量随Fe掺杂而抑制,归因于Mn-O平面键长的增加。铁电(FE)P-E滞后回线反映了随着Fe替代增加而减弱且导电的铁电性,追溯到多面体弯曲的减少。介电常数ε'(T)结果显示在奈尔温度处高度依赖掺杂的异常,表明强磁致伸缩可调性,并暗示线性磁电(ME)耦合。我们认识到结构-性质变化与Fe掺杂的对应关系,与报道的冷却至TN以下的磁致伸缩效应一致。AFM-FE-ME性质与其相关微观结构属性的相关性强调了自旋-晶格-偶极子耦合,并提供了重要的特征参数。
