摘要
类型II超导体电压随电流的V-I特性中的RfIc偏移，归因于涡旋穿越缺陷时发生的不可逆过程。我们将涡旋-缺陷相互作用的不可逆效应纳入有效运动规律。得到的有限温度下的电压-电流特性与实验数据一致。
