GRB 030115 的红外与光学观测

摘要
我们报告了对 GRB 030115 尾奈亮度的上限，通过在6.2天后使用 Magellan Classic Cam 仪器获取的红外（IR）图像测得 Ks > 22。我们还报告了从25+天后通过航天站的高级相机（ACS）和近红外相机与多目的光谱仪器获取的主机星系观测数据。GRB 030115 被归类为光学暗超新星，因为其尾奈在J、H、K红外波段中被发现，而光学中报告了空结果。这也是首个HETE GRB 在红外首次发现尾奈。
