强关联电子体系中的逆光电子发射

摘要
基于二维t-J模型小团簇的精确结果，我们证明了其逆光电子发射(IPES)谱中存在几个不同的“通道”。空穴型准粒子可以被完全湮灭，或者留下可变数量的自旋激发，这些激发构成了被湮灭空穴的“缀饰云”。在物理参数区间内，后者过程承载了IPES权重的主体，尽管费米面呈空穴口袋形式，但包括这些“磁振子带”在内的谱权重在IPES谱中的分布类似于自由电子。所呈现的费米学与谱权重分布情景被证明与铜氧化物超导体中的光电子发射、逆光电子发射和de Haas-van Alphen实验一致。
