磁场中的逆β衰变

摘要
我们计算了在远小于 m_p^2/e 的磁场中逆β衰变过程 ν_e + n → p + e 的截面。利用常数磁场中狄拉克方程的精确解，我们发现即使初始中子假定为静止，截面仍依赖于入射中微子的方向。我们讨论了这一结果对脉冲星反冲的启示。
