电信波段内禀稳定光源

摘要
我们提出了一种基于短掺铒光纤的电信波段高稳定性光源。其高稳定性源于 Er3+ 离子布居数的高反转度。该光源旨在作为辐射测量应用中的稳定参考源，并适用于任何需要高稳定性和/或大带宽的应用场景。所实现的长期稳定性为 10 ppm。
