摘要

我们测量了小尺寸 RuSr2GdCu2O8 单晶的层间电流传输。我们发现清晰的本征约瑟夫森效应，表明该材料表现为一种天然的超导体-绝缘体-磁性体-绝缘体-超导体叠层结构。迄今为止，我们未检测到由于 RuO2 层磁性导致的非常规行为。
