层状二维 t-J 模型中的本征 Josephson 效应

摘要
利用层状二维 t-J 模型研究了高温超导体中的本征 Josephson 效应。在平均场近似与 Gutzwiller 近似下，得到了垂直于 t-J 平面流动的直流 Josephson 电流。我们发现 Josephson 电流作为掺杂率的函数在最佳掺杂区附近达到最大值。
