摘要
在Nogues及其同事最近开发的实验装置中[参见G. Nogues, A. Rauschenbeutel, S. Osnaghi, M. Brune, J. M. Raimond and S. Haroche, Nature vol 400, 239(1999)],微波腔中单光子的衰变被证明可以通过与共振二能级原子的相互作用而延迟。该效应可以解释为光子暂时从腔中移除,从而保护其免受腔所耦合环境的影响。现实参数导致光子随后在监测相互作用后的存活概率显著增加。
