摘要
基于Landau-Ginzburg-Devonshire (LGD) 理论的理论分析表明,挠曲电性和旋转致伸缩的乘积效应可以在非铁电钙钛矿(如CaTiO3、SrTiO3和EuTiO3)的八面体倾斜相中,在反相边界、铁弹孪晶壁、表面和界面附近产生自发极化。作为示例,我们数值证明了在低于~105 K的反铁畸变结构相变温度下,SrTiO3反铁畸变相边界处存在约1-5 μC/cm²量级的大自发极化。
