原子芯片上的集成光学元件

摘要
我们报道了将小型光学元件集成到硅晶圆中用于原子芯片的研究。我们提出了一种片上光纤原子探测方案，能够探测少量原子数的原子云。这些光纤还可用于产生微观偶极阱。我们描述了在光学微腔方面的最新成果，并展示了在原子芯片上实现单原子探测的可能性。关键元件通过直接在原子芯片硅衬底上蚀刻制造而成。
