MUSE实验辐射修正中的仪器不确定性

摘要
保罗谢勒研究所的MUSE实验正在使用带正电和负电的电子与μ子,测量四动量转移范围约从=0.002到0.08 GeV的弹性轻子-质子散射截面。从实验数据中提取Born截面需要辐射修正。已利用ESEPP事件生成器对这些修正中的仪器不确定性进行了估算。结果尤其取决于对实验截面有贡献的最小轻子动量,以及在MUSE量能器中探测到并被从数据中排除的具有硬初态辐射的事件比例。这些结果表明,对电子截面的辐射修正中角度相关的仪器不确定性优于0.4%,而对μ子截面则可忽略不计。
