Sr3Ru2O7的相图包含一个变磁转变，该转变分叉形成一个具有奇特性质的异常相——具有各向异性的大电阻率，且该各向异性破坏了晶格对称性。我们提出，这是空间非均匀超导Fulde-Ferrel-Larkin-Ovchinnikov态的磁类比。通过一个Ginzburg-Landau展开（其中垂直于外加场的磁化强度可以变得空间非均匀），我们证明，一个具有电子能带色散的Stoner模型能够重现该相图和输运行为。
