O-16 上高于 delta 共振的包容性 pion 双电荷交换

摘要
在 kinematical region 中额外 pion 生产被能量-动量守恒禁止的情况下，研究了 ^{16}O(pi^-,pi^+)X 在 T_0 = 0.50 和 0.75 GeV 处的向前包容性 pion 双电荷交换反应。实验使用 KEK PS 上的 SKS 谱仪进行测量。对于这些能量，双电荷交换截面测量比值 dsigma(0.50 GeV)/dOmega / dsigma(0.75 GeV)/dOmega = 1.7 +/- 0.2，与在传统单电荷交换机制下预测的 7.2 不一致。讨论这种不一致的可能原因与 Glauber 非弹性散射有关。
