最近发现的砷基高温超导体重新激发了人们对超导体-生物界面研究的兴趣。然而,新型超导体材料涉及砷的化学性质,其毒性尚不清楚[Nature, 2008, 452(24):922]。在本研究中,我们考察了这类新型超导体对细胞可能产生的不良影响。我们采用细胞培养研究,结合显微镜检查和活力测定,在体外检测了砷基超导体PrOxFeAs(x=0.75)材料的影响。成像数据显示,细胞在超导体表面粘附和铺展良好。此外,细胞毒性研究表明,在实验过程中细胞未受影响,这为PrOxFeAs基超导体材料的生物相容性提供了支持。
