Suzaku 卫星上硬 X 射线探测器(HXD)的轨道性能

摘要

我们描述了 Suzaku 卫星上硬 X 射线探测器(HXD)的轨道性能与标定。其基本性能,包括 10-600 keV 的宽能带、40 keV 时约 4 keV(FWHM)能量分辨率和 511 keV 时约 11% 能量分辨率,以及高背景抑制效率,均通过大量轨道标定得到确认。PIN-Si 二极管的长期增益在半年内保持在 1% 以内,而荧光体的增益下降 5-20%。HXD 的残余非 X 射线背景在 15-70 keV 和 150-500 keV 能段内,为过去非成像硬 X 射线仪器中最低。我们提供了 HXD 能量响应、角响应、时钟精度以及相对于 X 射线 CCD 相机的相对标定,使用多个 Crab 星云观测实现。
