尿液成分定量的改进：一种替代技术

摘要
尿素和肌酐是尿液中两种重要的诊断成分。由于肌酐在尿液中的浓度微弱，其在液相中的研究较为困难。为了降低检测限，本研究采用了干燥尿液样本的拉曼光谱技术。结合人工尿液样本的偏最小二乘算法，拉曼研究在干燥相中取得了比液相更好的结果。这些发现进一步在真实尿液样本上得到了验证。
