中子星在星际介质中的痕迹

摘要
我们对向位于超新星遗骸 (SNR) 中的 X 射线中心致密天体 (CCO) 进行了 HI 调查，发现其中许多位于局部 HI 最小值处。这些最小值性质尚不明确，但最可能的解释是CCO排除了相邻气体。这一调查还允许我们检测到位于 SNR Vela Jr 中出现的微弱、致密的射电星云，这可能是由其相关CCO的风造成的。
