文献1曾主张构建一种模型的可能性，在该模型中，右手征中微子具有电弱质量标度且是非惰性的。在本次报告中，我将回顾文献1的思想与结果，并讨论其对诸如 Tevatron、LHC 和 ILC 等对撞机的意义。
