我们概述了自由电子辐射前景与银河 H-alpha 辐射之间的关系。描述了覆盖天球几乎全部范围的 H-alpha 观测数据。这些数据提供了模板，用于隔离和/或消除银河自由电子辐射对宇宙微波背景观测的影响。光谱和成像提供了两种互补的测量 H-alpha 辐射的方法。光谱因其速度分辨率受到青睐，成像因其角分辨率受到青睐。有了这三个主要前景（即同步辐射、热尘埃和自由电子辐射）的模板，可能对另一种前景（如来自旋转尘埃粒子的前景）的位置和亮度进行量化。
