摘要
双星系统的整体频率和其他统计属性表明，星形成是本质上复杂且混沌的过程，大多数双星和单星实际上来自于多个系统的衰变。星系在彼此靠近的位置形成的恒星之间的相互作用可能在星形成过程本身发挥重要作用，例如通过受 tides 诱导的盘 accretion。新形成恒星的能量活动可能部分来自于由与近距离伴星相互作用触发的快速 accretion 脉冲。
