利用宇宙缪子放射摄影成像核反应堆内部结构

摘要

我们利用缪子放射摄影研究了位于日本东海的日本原子力发电公司(JAPC)核反应堆的内部结构。本研究中,缪子探测器放置于反应堆厂房外部。通过探测穿透反应堆厂房墙壁的宇宙缪子,我们成功识别了如安全壳、压力容器及反应堆其他结构等物体。我们还观测到一处重材料集中区,可归因于核燃料贮存池中所贮存的核燃料组件。
