识别需求质量的相关因素：一项工业案例研究

摘要
[背景与动机]：需求规格说明的质量会影响后续的、依赖的软件工程活动。需求质量缺陷（如模糊的陈述）可能导致不完整或错误的功能，甚至导致预算超支或项目失败。[问题]：衡量需求质量影响的尝试受到大量相互作用的因素的阻碍。需求质量研究缺乏对哪些因素在实践中是相关的理解。[主要思想与结果]：我们进行了一项案例研究，考虑了来自访谈记录和问题报告的数据，以识别需求质量的相关因素。结果包括与案例公司相关的17个因素和11个交互效应。[贡献]：结果提供了实证证据，(1) 加强了现有的需求工程理论，(2) 推进了与行业相关的需求质量研究。
