摘要
光的自旋霍尔效应 (SHE) 是表征纳米结构结构参数变化的有用计量工具。在本文中，我们提出利用光的自旋霍尔效应来识别石墨烯层数。该技术基于光的自旋霍尔效应中的横向位移对石墨烯层数变化敏感的机制。
