非共线磁结构中横向自旋电流的鉴别

摘要
我们指出，铁磁体中横向自旋电流分量与界面处自旋传输矩阵的非对角线自旋分量相关联；这与不同金属间带结构的失配关系关系不大。当我们考虑这一分量——即先前分析中未考虑的分量——时，发现自旋扭矩来自界面附近至少 3 nm 区域。
