宽视场X射线望远镜(WFXT)将提供数千万个活动星系核,其中红移z>3的预期超过4×10^5。在此,我们回顾了识别(大样本)微弱和高红移X射线源时存在的问题,并描述了一种可应用于WFXT星表的统计性强大工具。还讨论了可靠且尽可能完整识别所需的相关光学和近红外星表的深度,以及与现有或计划中设施的协同作用。
