HPRL——识别与监测核应用领域优先核数据需求国际合作

摘要
OECD-NEA高优先级需求清单(HPRL)是指导和促进核能与其它应用核数据改进工作的参考点，也是弥合数据使用者与生产者之间差距的工具。HPRL由应用驱动，需求由核数据使用者或其社区代表提交。一个由NEA核科学委员会国际核数据评价合作工作组(WPEC)授权的专家组在国际专家小组框架内审查并监测这些需求。批准后，单个需求被分为三类：高优先级需求、一般需求和特殊用途需求（例如剂量测定、标准）。HPRL由NEA以关系型数据库形式托管，可公开通过网络访问。本文概述了HPRL条目、现状与展望。给出了成功完成的需求示例，并描述了新需求，重点介绍了核能、中子标准和剂量测定领域更新的核数据需求。
