摘要

我们展示了SN 2018zd的光谱与测光,这是一颗IIP型核坍缩超新星,其最早光谱具有与周质物质相互作用的特征。在早期光谱历元未见到高电离线(激波突破的标志),仅在爆炸后4.9 d的单张光谱中可见。这些特征的强度与短暂性表明在前身星邻近存在受限的周星物质壳层。一旦窄发射线消失,SN 2018zd演化为类似于IIP型超新星,尽管其蓝颜色和增强的平台的亮度表明在整个平台阶段存在额外光度来源。虽然SN 2018zd此前被提议为电子俘获超新星,我们则认为其来自低质量红超巨星前身星的Fe核坍缩。对SN 2018zd解释的差异部分源于宿主星系NGC 2146距离的大不确定性,我们在此重新推导其为 15.63.0+6.115.6^{+6.1}_{-3.0} Mpc。我们发现SN 2018zd抛射的 56^{56}Ni质量为0.017 M_\odot,显著高于ECSN模型预测值。我们还发现SN 2018zd的Ni/Fe比远低于ECSN预期。
